How Often Should A Beginner Do Pilates? If you're new to Pilates, you've probably noticed the instant boost to your physical and mental well-being. This can make it extremely tempting to do Pilates workouts more and more frequently. However, there’s a sweet spot between doing too much Pilates and not enough.
